i am seventeen & still think my stuffed animals have feelings—if i told you i envied the poor kids for their freedom would you judge me? highlighted hair, hollister hoodie & a hovering curfew; i am privilege with a manufacturing defect, built of stubborn brick (ignore my starving brain, its dopamine ghosts). i am seventeen & about to create my own freedom with abandon; i am seventeen & about to build my own prison with bottles; i am seventeen & years away from meeting myself again.
